EVO7 HellermannTyton Cable Tie Gun

A professional installation tool for manually tightening cable ties up to 4.8mm in width. The modern, ergonomic housing is made of durable plastic, reducing the weight of the tool while maintaining high mechanical strength. The EVO7 ensures fast and precise operation with minimal effort, thanks to the TLC (Tension-Lock-Cut) mechanism. The gun has a convenient and easy-to-adjust tightening system, an extended head that makes work in tight spaces easier, and a housing made of a flexible, lightweight polyester composite reinforced with fiberglass. Two handle sizes are available - standard (90mm) and short (80mm).

Applications:

The EVO7 gun allows for tightening of the tie with a specific force and cutting off the excess strap evenly with the head to prevent scratching or injuring the tightened tie. It has a unique TLC function that almost completely eliminates the "rebound" of the tool when cutting off the excess strap, significantly reducing the wrist strain of the operator. The EVO7 gun allows for smooth adjustment of the tightening force of the tie.
