RT157 is perfect for bonding and encapsulating optical components where transparency is important.

Curing

Mixing ratio: 100 parts hardener to 100 parts resin

Mixture viscosity: 5-10 Pa.s (5000-10000 cPs)

Working time: 5 minutes at 23°C (2g)

Curing time: 2 hours at 23°C; 10 minutes at 65°C

Standard Properties (cured for 24 hours at 23°C)

Thermal expansion: 55 x cm/cm/°C

Shrinkage during curing: 3%

Density: 1.20

Hardness: 70 Shore D
