VB63 Rustprotection -temporary- Varybond

VB63 is a mineral oil based anti-corrosion agent containing a mix of high-quality active agents and corrosion inhibitors, designed for effective protection of both ferrous and non ferrous metals during production, transport and storage, reducing downtime and maintenance costs and extending the equipment’s operational life. It cleans and protects metal surfaces, displaces and seals out moisture, penetrates and cuts through rust and soil, and loosens rusted and seized parts, bolts and nuts. The product can be applied on moist surfaces, it reliably protects all metals and alloys, particularly semi-finished products, spare parts, gears, ball bearings and shafts. Distinguished by excellent flow properties and surface adhesion, and low surface tension, the product forms a clear, invisible film is safe for metals, paints, varnishes and most plastics and rubbers, and it contains no CFCs.

Application: Corrosion protection on metal parts and machine surfaces, finished welds, stamps and in-process aluminium, as well as fixtures, chucks, moulds, surface plates and drill rods. Suitable for storage of weld rod and wire, tubing, castings, gears and ball bearings.
