VB27 Dark Zinc-Spray Varybond

VB27 is a fast-drying zinc spray, designed for long term corrosion protection of various metal parts. The high zinc content (90% zinc and zinc compounds) provides a particularly thorough corrosion protection for all ferrous metal parts. It forms a smooth, penetrating film with great adhesion properties, suitable for use in repairing zinc layers, coating drilling, cutting and welding. Resistant to temperatures of up to +450º, it can be used as a conducting intermediate layer in spot-welding. VB27 Dark Zinc-Spray acts as an outstanding primer coat for all enamels and paints, providing protection from water and adverse weather conditions.

Application: Corrosion protection of ferrous metal parts in all sectors of industry and trade, as well as in automotive body manufacturing.
