Set of 6 interchangeable insulated VDE shanks, part of the SoftFinish electric slimBit series. Designed for use with Wiha's insulated VDE screwdrivers and insulated Torque VDE wrenches. Individually tested protective insulation up to 1000 V AC, with VDE and GS control marks. Used in conjunction with insulated VDE screwdriver and insulated Torque VDE wrench handles.

Material: High-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, fully hardened and chemically blackened. Protective insulation is sprayed directly onto the bit, which is completely integrated with the tip of the bit.
Application: For work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
Standards: Produced in accordance with IEC 60900:2012.
Additionally: Thanks to the integrated protective insulation, access to deeply seated screw and spring elements can be obtained. The narrow shape of the bit allows easy access to screws below finger guards and the back of the hand.
Note: slimBits with a 6 mm diameter should only be used with slimVario and slimTorque VDE handles (VDE torque system).
