The halogen-free, two-component RELICON PUR 33 polyurethane resin for cable filling is characterized by high hydrolytic stability and excellent flow properties. The resin changes color from blue to green during mixing, ensuring proper processing. This durable resin is resistant to aging, UV radiation, weather conditions, and moisture. It adheres perfectly to polymer cables and wires made of PVC, XLPE, PE, EPR, and is highly hydrophobic, making it ideal for use in water applications. The resin cures well at low temperatures, with minimal shrinkage. The Safe-Filling system ensures safe filling, and the product is delivered in a transparent, two-compartment bag. The product does not contain SVHC, and when cured, it can be disposed of with household waste. Applications: Electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable connections in low-voltage networks. Moisture protection for medium-voltage cable joints. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
