TIPTAG VA are halogen-free, tear-resistant and ultra-lightweight identification tags made from cross-laminated polyolefin. They are particularly recommended for applications where weight is a significant factor, such as in aviation. Each side is made in a different color so that the user has a choice between a white or yellow background while maintaining low inventory levels. TIPTAG VA tags are made in a perforated ladder form with side strips, making it easy to apply tags without following a specific order. Tags are supplied in rolls of 500 pieces, placed in a cardboard box to protect against dust and dirt. Tags can be fed directly from the box to the printer. In cases where MIL-STD-202G compliance is required, TIPTAG VA meets these requirements when using TTDTHOUT tape on the white side and TT822OUT tape on the yellow side. TIPTAG VA tags can be printed on any thermal transfer printer. They are intended for marking cable bundles, wires and pipes where weight and durability of the marking are particularly important. Additional protective laminate is not necessary. Professional industrial labeling is facilitated by HellermannTyton's Tagprint PRO 2 design and print software. The software allows for the design of both simple and complex labels to meet the most demanding customer needs.
