OXYLUBE Spray Rocol

OXYLUBE Spray is an inorganic resin bonded dry film of molybdenum disulphide in aerosol form, designed to lubricate sliding mechanisms in oxygen and vacuum environments. It is also suitable for precision and fine threaded components, as well as applications where aggressive chemicals or petroleum based solvents, oils and greases would destroy a conventional lubricant. Resistant to high loads (up to 7,000 kg/cm2), OXYLUBE effectively prevents galling, pick-up and seizure. Thanks to the high molybdenum disulphide content, the spray provides excellent wear resistance. The dry film resists pick up of contaminants such as dust and debris and has an outstanding temperature range of -200°C to +450°C.

Application: Used as an assembly and dry film lubricant for sliding mechanisms such as plain bearings, pins, cams and slides, particularly in oxygen or vacuum environments.
