ISOTEMP 200ml protective coating for printed circuit boards by Cramolin.

A high-temperature, moisture and water-resistant silicone coating designed for electronic components, particularly hard and flexible printed circuit boards (PCBs). ISOTEMP remains effective up to +500°C and also delays the onset of fire (according to UL94 compliance). It is flexible and has good adhesion. The coating is also suitable for sealing components against moisture, salts, fungi, and corrosion.

Application: A temperature-resistant, transparent silicone-based coating for PCBs. Waterproof and high-temperature resistant. ISOTEMP is particularly recommended for insulating printed circuit boards that are exposed to high temperatures during operation, for example in automotive, aerospace, space and heavy industry applications. It is also suitable for sealing energy and distribution boxes, data transmission devices, tool kits and heavy, marine and energy industries.
Usage: Shake well before use. The surface should be free of oils, greases, and waxes. Spray on the entire surface to be cleaned from a distance of 30cm. Otherwise, the applied coating will evaporate. The coating is dry to the touch after about 1-2 hours, but the total drying time is 24 hours. To achieve full electrical and mechanical values, the coating should be dried for an hour at 200°C. The dispenser has self-cleaning properties. However, if clogged, use ISOTEMP SOLVENT (THINNER).
