RTD Liquid Rocol

RTD Liquid is a viscous fluid designed for use in reaming, tapping, drilling and other metal cutting operations. Oil, solvent and silicone free, the hand-applied lubricant extends tool life and improves surface finish. Suitable for all metals, including hardened steels, nimonics and titanium alloys, it can be used for automatic application on CNC machines. Containing extreme pressure additives, the product significantly reduces friction, giving superb cutting performance increasing removal rates and reducing production costs. RTD Liquid is applied directly to the cutting operation. It also be added to ordinary neat mineral cutting oil for the most severe cutting operations, such as broaching and gear cutting on the toughest metals (combine 1-5 parts of RTD Liquid with 100 parts neat mineral cutting oil).
