SAPPHIRE Aqua-Sil Hi-Load Rocol

SAPPHIRE Aqua-Sil Hi-Load is a smooth grey/black silicone grease designed for the lubrication of seals, ‘O’ rings, slides, slow speed bearings and other similar elements. Reinforced with molybdenum disulphide, it has good load carrying properties. Highly resistant to water, including salt water, the lubricant ensures great protection even in submerged conditions, in a wide range of temperatures from -40ºC to +200ºC (+220ºC for short periods of time). Thanks to its high dielectric strength and outstanding resistance to chemicals, oils and gases, SAPPHIRE Aqua-Sil Hi-Load can be used as an electrical filling compound. Its extremely long wet life significantly reduces re-lubrication frequencies, in some cases the grease can be used as a lifetime lubricant. The product is approved for use in both hot and cold potable (drinking) water. It’s suitable for use on most rubbers, except silicone rubber.

Application: Assembly and repair of seals, ‘O’ rings, gaskets washers, valves and valve seals in medium to heavy duty applications. Ideal for use where a high performance, water and chemical resistant lubricant is required such as Water Authorities, Gas & Plumbing, and many other industries.
