TUFLUBE Allweather Rocol

TUFLUBE Allweather is an extremely versatile, heavy duty jacking and open gear grease, designed to protect heavily loaded mechanisms in the wettest and most corrosive conditions. A blend of hi-tac boosters ensures staying power, so the extremely adhesive lubricant can even be applied underwater, operating perfectly in submerged and tidal flow conditions. It is the ideal product for protecting jacking and open gear systems in marine, offshore and freshwater environments, where the protection of critical assets is of utmost importance. The grease is suitable for both the hottest and the coldest global climates, it provides outstanding corrosion protection, as well as physical and chemical protection against pitting and metal wear. It forms a self-repairing, tenacious, highly adhesive film, providing long term protection. TUFLUBE Allweather exhibits excellent load carrying capacity wth a weld load of 800kg. Bitumen- and solvent-free, the lubricant can be applied by hand or automatic pumping equipment.

Application: Effective lubrication and protection of open gears, jacking systems, rollers, slew rings, cantilevers, booms, winches, joints, couplings, telescopic arms, penstocks, sluice gates, winding gears or locks and components operating in water treatment facilities.
