SAPPHIRE Autolube Rocol

SAPPHIRE Autolube is an electromechanical operated, reusable, automatic lubricator containing the high performance SAPPHIRE Advance 2 bearing grease, designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings. Fortified with PTFE, it’s suitable for an extensive range of applications, particularly ones operating at high speeds, such as electric motors and fan bearings. The lithium complex soap technology with EP additives provides outstanding load carrying capability and EP performance with a weld load of 560kg. Highly tenacious, it provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. Outstanding film strength ensures the lubricant remains in place, even in severe operating conditions. PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction and its addition reduces stick-slip on start up, ensuring a smooth controlled movement. The product is highly resistant to oxidation and maintains its integrity in extreme working conditions, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals (up to 3 times longer than with conventional lubricants) and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage. Autolube’s capacity is 120ml per cartridge, this can be set to dispense over a time period of 1-12 months. A pressure build up to 6 bar allows remote mounting up to 3 metres. LED lighting flashes green when in operation and red when the unit is empty. The temperature range of the Autolube unit is -10°C to +60°C.

Application: Automatic lubrication system for all industries, such as steelworks, water treatment, quarries, mining, marine, docks, agriculture, construction, textile, brick and tile works. Ideal for electric motors, oven and refrigeration fans, robots, mechanical handling, palletisers and similar applications where bearings, pins, bushes, slides etc. are subjected to extreme conditions.
