High Temperature Stainless Varybond

High Temp. Stainless is an anti-seize compound, designed for protection of mechanisms and threaded connections operating in extremely high temperatures and aggressive environments, and subjected to vibrations and high pressure. Based on graphite, aluminium and other metallic powders, it prevents the metal-metal contact and protects against seizing and fretting, providing an easy dismantling. The Stainless Steel paste effectively fills all superficial cavities and irregularities, providing a sealing effect and preventing the ingress of contaminating liquids and gases. It’s ideal for use on pipe fittings and flanges in steam and hot-water installations, auto-motive exhaust systems and pumps. The paste provides excellent protection against corrosion caused by salty water, acidic or caustic solutions.

Application: Anti-seize protection for screws, bolts, springs, cotter pins, valve and pipe connections, pumps and spindlers, in industries such as mining, chemical and automotive. Recommended for applications where nickel and copper cannot be used.
