SAPPHIRE Hi-Load 2 Rocol

SAPPHIRE Hi-Load 2 is a heavy duty bearing grease fortified with molybdenum disulphide, designed for the effective lubrication and protection of ball, roller and plain bearings used in extreme environments, ideal for highly loaded, slow moving applications where shock loads and vibrations are present. Combining the triple life performance of SAPPHIRE 2 with the addition of molybdenum disulphide, the lubricant forms a tenacious, high load carrying film with a low coefficient of friction. SAPPHIRE Hi-Load 2 provides excellent corrosion protection in humid and wet conditions. The revolutionary multi-complex soap technology offers superior EP performance in a wide range of temperatures of -30ºC to +150ºC. Outstanding film strength ensures the lubricant remains in place, even in severe operating conditions. The product is highly resistant to oxidation, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals (up to 3 times longer than with conventional lubricants). It significantly reduces frictional heat and wear, extending equipment and component life.

Application: Lubrication and protection of ball, roller, thrust and plain bearings, crushers and presses in industrial areas including quarries, heavy industry, docks and ports, film stretching and construction.
