SAPPHIRE Hi-Pressure Rocol

SAPPHIRE Hi-Pressure is a heavy duty, high load bearing grease fortified with molybdenum disulphide, designed for the effective lubrication and protection of plain bearings and sliding surfaces in extreme environments, particularly in heavily loaded, slow moving applications. Tenacious and non-melting, it provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. Combining the resilience of a clay thickener with the addition of molybdenum disulphide, the lubricant forms a high load carrying film with a low coefficient of friction, resistant to shock lands and vibrations. The product is highly resistant to oxidation and maintains its integrity in extreme working conditions, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage. It significantly reduces frictional heat and wear, extending equipment and component life, in a wide temperature range of -20ºC to +150ºC.

Application: Lubrication of heavily loaded, slow moving applications in industries such as quarries, mining, marine, docks, agriculture and construction. Ideal for crushers, screens, presses, loaders, scrapers, wagons and similar applications, where bearings, puns, bushes and slides and subjected to extreme conditions.
