SAPPHIRE Aqua-Sil Rocol

SAPPHIRE Aqua-Sil is a white-translucent, non-toxic grease designed for the lubrication of seals, ‘O’ rings, slides, slow speed bearings and other light to medium duty applications. Highly resistant to water, including salt water, the lubricant ensures great protection even in submerged conditions, in a wide range of temperatures from -40ºC to +200ºC (+220ºC for short periods of time). Thanks to its high dielectric strength and resistance to chemicals, oils and gases, SAPPHIRE Aqua-Sil can be used as an electrical filling compound. Its extremely long wet life significantly reduces re-lubrication frequencies, in some cases the grease can be used as a lifetime lubricant. The product is approved for use in both hot and cold potable (drinking) water. Ideal for most types of plastics, it’s approved for use as a rubber lubricant for most rubbers except silicone rubber.

Application: Assembly and repair of pneumatic/hydraulic valves and cylinders, tap and shower washers, valve seals and many other applications where rubbers or plastics require a light, colourless, non-toxic lubricant for long term or possible lifetime lubrication.
