SAPPHIRE Spray Grease Rocol

SAPPHIRE Spray Grease is a multi-purpose high performance aerosol applied grease designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of bearings, slides, bushes, linkages and pins. Fortified wit PTFE, it’s suitable for an extensive range of applications, including ones operating at high speed and extreme temperatures. The lubricant’s high temperature resistance ensures adequate protection of components, even on equipment working constantly in extreme sub-zero conditions. The lithium complex soap technology with EP additives provides outstanding load carrying capability performance. Highly tenacious, the lubricant provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. It can also be used as an electrical contact grease, preventing wear on electrical contacts and switchgear to enhance performance. The fully synthetic base oil leaves minimal residue and guarantees long life even at elevated temperatures. PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction and its addition reduces stick-slip on start up, ensuring a smooth controlled movement. The product is highly resistant to oxidation, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage. The convenient aerosol form makes SAPPHIRE Spray Grease excel in applications such as robots and packaging and mechanical handling equipment. The product is also available in the form of a smooth grease, as SAPPHIRE Premier.

Application: Lubrication of all types of bearings, slides, guides, bushes, linkages and pics, particularly those operating at high speeds and extreme temperatures, in industrial applications such as injection moulding, wood and composite manufacture, marine, docks, agriculture, construction, textile and brick and tile works.
