SAPPHIRE Extreme Rocol

SAPPHIRE Extreme is a heavy duty, high temperature bearing grease fortified with molybdenum disulphide, designed for the effective lubrication and protection of ball, roller and plain bearings used in extreme environments, where shock loads, vibration and water are present. Combining the resilience of a clay thickener with the addition of molybdenum disulphide, the lubricant forms a high load carrying film, resistant to shock lands and vibrations. Non-melting and highly resistant to water, it provides excellent corrosion protection in humid and wet conditions and in a wide range of temperatures of -10ºC to +235ºC (up to +250ºC for short periods of time). Outstanding film strength ensures the lubricant remains in place, even in severe operating conditions. The product is highly resistant to oxidation, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals. It significantly reduces frictional heat and wear, extending equipment and component life.

Application: Lubrication and protection of ball, roller, thrust and plain bearings, ovens, furnaces, kilns, crushers, presses and scrapers in industrial areas including manufacturing, heavy industry, docks and ports, steelworks, quarries, mining, agriculture and construction.
