ULTRAGRIND Carbide Rocol

ULTRAGRIND Carbide is a high performance, long life, low foaming, synthetic water mix grinding fluid, formulated specifically for the grinding of cemented tungsten carbide. Suitable for all types of surface, centreless and cylindrical grinding operations on hard metals, the fluid promotes excellent surface finish and provides excellent residual corrosion protection, while keeping the grinding wheel clean. ULTRAGRIND Carbide inhibits the leaching of cobalt and extends sump life. It doesn’t contain any oils, ensuring rapid settlement of grinding fines. The low odour, transparent green emulsion provides a clear view of the work piece. Recommended dilution is between 15:1 and 30:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.
