FOODLUBE UNILUBE is a gas operated, disposable, fully automatic lubricator, containing 125ml of the multi-purpose FOODLUBE Premier 1 lubricant, which can be set to dispense over a period set between 1-12 months. It is especially suitable in hard to access areas and can be mounted remotely using up to 1 metre tubing and is IP68 rated and ATEX certified. Transparent housing makes it easy to monitor lubricant levels. FOODLUBE Premier 1 is a soft, white, non-toxic food grade grease that provides excellent water wash off resistance and corrosion protection. The excellent stability of the formula allows for longer relubrication intervals and a reduction in product usage. It exhibits excellent EP performance wth a 4-ball weld load of 315kg. Improved pumpability makes it particularly suitable for applications where long pipe runs or small bore tubing is present. FOODLUBE Premier 1 is manufactured from only FDA listed ingredients and does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients and is MOSH/MOAH-free.

Application: Effective lubrication and protection of ball, roller and plain bearings, slides and bushed operating in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments.
