Helagaine HEGEMIPV0 Copper-Plated Protective Shielding Braid.
The HEGEMIPV0 shielding braids provide excellent electromagnetic and fire protection (self-extinguishing according to UL94 V00 standard). They are made of a braid of tinned copper wires and polyester threads, making them elastic, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even during strong bending, providing ideal protection against wear and tear. They are resistant to deformation and mechanical damage and have a stretching range of 3:1. They are designed for use in limited space and in moving installations. The braids come with a one-time internal cable that protects it during transport and facilitates application to the cable. They meet the requirements of the international IEC CISPR25 standard (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.
Application:
Helagaine HEGEMIPV0 shielding braids are designed for electromagnetic and fire protection and are ideal for industrial conditions. They are usually used to protect cables in devices with very sensitive electronics and in areas with increased fire protection, such as public transport, aviation, or the defense industry. Suitable for the aerospace, defense, and electronics industries, as well as for rail vehicles.
