Helagaine HEGEMIPV0 copper-plated protective braid shielding.
HEGEMIPV0 series shielding braids guarantee excellent electromagnetic and fire protection (self-extinguishing according to UL94 V00 standard). They are made of braided copper-plated wires with a polyester thread mixture, making the braids flexible, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even under strong bending, providing ideal protection against abrasion. They are resistant to distortion and mechanical damage, with a 3:1 stretch range. They are designed for use in confined spaces and in moving installations, and come with a one-time internal wire to protect during transport and facilitate application to the wire. They meet the requirements of the international standard IEC CISPR25 (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.
Applications:
