Helagaine HEGEMIPV0 copper-plated protective braid shielding.
The HEGEMIPV0 series shielding braids provide excellent electromagnetic and fire protection (self-extinguishing according to UL94 V00 standard). They are made of a braid of tin-plated copper wires and polyester filaments, making them flexible, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even under strong bending, providing ideal protection against abrasion. They are resistant to distortion and mechanical damage, with a stretch range of 3:1. They are intended for use in limited spaces and in moving installations. The braids are delivered with a one-time internal conductor, which protects it during transport and facilitates application to the wire. They meet the requirements of the international IEC CISPR25 standard (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.
Applications:
Helagaine HEGEMIPV0 shielding braids are designed for electromagnetic and fire protection and work excellently in industrial conditions. They are usually used to protect wires in devices with very sensitive electronics and in areas with increased fire protection, such as public transport, aviation, or the defense industry.
