Helagaine HEGEMIP Copper-Tin Coated Protective Shielding Braid.

The HEGEMIP series shielding braids provide excellent electromagnetic protection. They are made of a braid of tin-plated copper wire and polyester threads. This makes the braids flexible, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even under strong bending, providing ideal protection against abrasion. They are resistant to distortion and mechanical damage and have a stretch ratio of 3:1. They are designed for use in limited space and in moving installations. The braids are supplied with a one-time internal wire that protects it during transport and facilitates application to the wire. They meet the requirements of the international standard CISPR25 (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.

Helagaine HEGEMIP shielding braids are ideal for industrial conditions. They are usually used to protect cables in devices with very sensitive electronics, such as electric machines, military equipment, radio equipment, electronically controlled vehicles, and automotive components.
