Helagaine HEGEMIP copper-cyanide protective shielding braid.

HEGEMIP series shielding braids provide excellent electromagnetic protection. They are made of a braid of tinned copper wires and polyester threads. This makes the braids flexible, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even when strongly bent, providing ideal protection against abrasion. They are resistant to deformation and mechanical damage and have a stretching range of 3:1. They are designed for use in limited space and in moving installations. Braids are supplied with a one-time inner wire that protects it during transport and facilitates application on the wire. They meet the requirements of the international CISPR25 standard (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.

Application:
Helagaine HEGEMIP shielding braids are excellent for industrial conditions. They are usually used to protect cables in devices with very sensitive electronics, such as electric machines, military equipment, radio equipment, electronically controlled vehicles, and automotive components. Suitable for the automotive, defense, and electronics industries.
