Helagaine HEGEMIP Copper-Tin Shielding Braid.

The HEGEMIP shielding braids provide excellent electromagnetic protection. They are made of a braid of tin-plated copper wires with a polyester thread blend. This makes the braids flexible, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even under strong bending, providing perfect protection against abrasion. They are resistant to deformation and mechanical damage and have a 3:1 stretching range. They are intended for use in limited spaces and in moving installations. The braids are supplied with a single-use internal wire that protects it during transport and facilitates application to the wire. They meet the requirements of the international CISPR25 standard (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.

Applications:
Helagaine HEGEMIP shielding braids are excellent for industrial conditions. They are usually used to protect wires in devices with very sensitive electronics, such as electric machines, military equipment, radio equipment, electronically controlled vehicles, and automotive components.
