WACKER AK 100 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 100 mm²/s. It exhibits minimal changes in physical properties over a wide range of temperatures. It is characterized by a low freezing point, high heat resistance, and good solubility in a wide range of solvents. It has excellent hydrophobic properties and good dielectric properties. It produces low surface tension, which is associated with high surface activity.
