Identification plates are designed for easy labeling of cables and pipes without the need for disconnecting them. Due to the large size of the plates, more text can be placed on them than on the AT series labels. The labeling is done manually using T82 markers or with the use of matched thermal transfer labels. The plates are also suitable for hot stamping. Mounting is usually done using straps up to 4.8 mm wide. Since the length of the straps can be any, such markings can be attached to elements of practically unlimited diameter. IMP plates are designed for labeling cables and pipes with large diameters and in cases where the label must contain a large amount of information.
