Description
Product Details
TE Connectivity DR-25 2:1 Heat Shrink Tubing. Flexible, chemically and abrasion resistant.
Shrink Ratio: 2:1
Packaging: on a roll
DR-25 is a specially developed heat shrink tubing with optimal resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemicals. It is resistant to aviation fuels, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, and lubricating oils. Especially designed for use as an external cover for wiring and cables in military vehicles, it is also excellent for use in cable harnesses for motorsports. When used with System 25 heat shrink shapes and S1125 adhesive, it creates a complete system for protecting cable harnesses.
Applications:
DR-25 heat shrink tubing is mainly used for insulation and mechanical protection of electrical wiring harnesses in the defense industry, as well as in other industries that require high resistance to high and low temperatures and aggressive fluids, such as the automotive, railway, and aviation industries, as well as motorsports.
Technical Data:
Minimum shrink temperature: +150°C
Operating temperature: -75°C to +150°C
Halogen-free: no
Material: Modified elastomer
Dielectric strength: ≥11 kV/mm
Certificates/Approvals: AMS-DTL-23053/16, VG95343 Part 5 Type D RK-6008/1, VDE 0341/Pt 9005, Def Stan 59-97 Issue 3 Type 6B, BS 4G-198 Part 3 10A
