BAKERLUBE HT Rocol

BAKERLUBE HT is a graphite based, high temperature dry film chain lubricant, designed for lubricating conveyor chains subjected to extreme temperatures of up to 550ºC. Designed for environments where product contamination by wet lubricants cannot be tolerated, the product is ideally suited for use in bakery oven chains. Made from a clean evaporating base oil, it contains fine particles of high purity graphite for excellent penetration and high load carrying performance. The lubricant offers excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties at high temperature, guaranteeing reduced wear and longer chain life. The solvent-free, biologically hard formulation is highly resistant to bacterial growth and does not attract dust or dirt when operating at above 180ºC. Low fuming provides a clean working environment and removes the cost of installing high efficiency extraction fans often found necessary with other similar products. BAKERLUBE HT does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients. The lubricant should be applied below 120°C to achieve full penetration of the graphited lubricating solids.
