The specially designed curved head ensures very good pressure on the entire surface of connections of circular elements, such as a hose with a tube. The patented solution consists of a smooth tape that is locked by a fiber-reinforced pin pressed into it. Such a solution provides a very secure, vibration-resistant mounting system. The system is available both as fixed length straps and as continuous tape (50-meter rolls) together with separately available heads. Fixed length straps starting from 500 mm consist of two parts, a head and a tape welded together ultrasonically. Due to their special properties, the straps are used not only for bundling wires and cables but also for mounting sleeves on steering gears, water hoses, and vacuum hoses.
