The specially designed curved head ensures very good pressure on the entire surface of connections between round elements, such as a hose and a pipe. The patented solution consists of a smooth tape, which is locked by a fiber-reinforced pin pressed into it. This solution provides very secure, vibration-resistant mounting. The system is available both as fixed-length straps and as continuous tape (50-meter rolls) together with separately available heads. Fixed-length straps from 500 mm consist of two parts, a head and a tape welded together ultrasonically. Due to their special properties, the straps are used not only for binding wires and cables but also for mounting sleeves on steering gearboxes, water hoses, and vacuum hoses.
