RTD Cleancut Rocol

RTD Cleancut is specially formulated, hand applied metal cutting lubricant, designed for all day to day machining operating. It improves working conditions and prevents acid corrosion of the workpiece. Suitable for use on a wide range of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, including copper, brass and aluminum, without the risk of staining. The oil-free lubricant eliminates problems of excessive fuming often associated with oil-based products. Thanks to its low viscosity RTD Cleancut penetrates quickly, ensuring effective lubrication at the cutting edge to improve both tool life and surface finish. Compatible with water mix cutting fluids, it can be diluted up to 1:1 with water for less arduous operations. The liquid is also totally water soluble, making cleaning operations simple, safe and economical. RTD Cleancut can be applied manually directly from the 350g squeeze bottle or oil can, by brush, or by dipping the cutting tool into liquid.
