ULTRAGRIND Premium Rocol

ULTRAGRIND Premium is a high performance synthetic water mix grinding fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life. Designed for use with all types of grinding wheels, wet abrasive belts and abrasive cut-off wheels, it is suitable for all types of surface, centreless and cylindrical grinding operations. The fluid promotes excellent surface finish and provides excellent residual corrosion protection, while keeping the grinding wheels clean. ULTRAGRIND Premium contains no nitrites and no oils, ensuring rapid settlement of grinding fines. The low odour, low foaming, transparent green liquid provides a clear view of the work piece. Recommended dilution is between 40:1 and 70:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.

Application: All surface, centreless and cylindrical grinding operations.
