Product Details

Non-halogen, non-flammable MBT cable ties. Made of type 316 stainless steel with a ball-lock mechanism and a special polyester coating that provides protection against contact corrosion and smoother edges. Thanks to their high chemical resistance and tensile strength, the ties ensure durable and secure fastening and high comfort of use and installation, even in difficult conditions. Thanks to their fire resistance and low emission of toxic gases, in case of fire, the cables remain attached to the substrate and will not fall, blocking access to evacuation exits. The special locking mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a rigid material, it is recommended to use an LFPC protective profile. Applications: Binding and fastening elements in difficult conditions and in places where special chemical resistance, fire resistance, temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are required.
