MBT bands feature a patented ball locking system which allows the band to be locked in any position along its entire length. They are available in both 316 and 304 stainless steel versions. MBT bands are typically used in difficult conditions or where particular chemical resistance, fire resistance, temperature resistance, or high tensile strength is required. They are used in all industries, from mass transportation and shipbuilding to the oil and mining industries and exhibition installations. Metal bands are also used to secure cables and wires from falling and blocking evacuation routes in the event of a fire.
