Dyeing tapes for printing on heat shrinkable T-shirts have been designed to ensure maximum readability and durability of the print. The material is ready to use immediately after printing, without any additional marking fixation operations.
To achieve the best possible print, it is necessary to use the appropriate dyeing tape in combination with the appropriate material. HellermannTyton tapes have been specially developed to provide maximum print clarity and resistance.
The highest aging resistance and chemical resistance of the print on heat shrinkable T-shirts can be achieved by using the TTRC+ tape. It has a special, patented dye with excellent UV radiation resistance. This dye contains a solvent that allows slow penetration into the material after printing, so that after a period of 48 to 72 hours, excellent chemical resistance is provided.
It meets the following standards: MIL-STD-202G (method 215J), BS 4G 198-3 (type 11A) and Def. Stan. 59-97 Issue 3 Type 2a for shrunk markers.
Special clarity and print wear resistance are achieved using the TTDTHOUT tape.

Both tapes are used for printing on white or yellow heat shrinkable T-shirts, especially in rail transport, armaments industry and medical technology.
The TT822OUT8 tape is designed for printing on black heat shrinkable tubes. It has a unique silver-gray color, providing excellent contrast on black material. In applications where even greater contrast is needed, the TTRW tape in white can be used.
Both of the above dyeing tapes meet the MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) standard for shrunk markers.
