Particular clarity and print abrasion resistance is achieved by using the TTDTHOUT ribbon. It meets the following standards: MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) for shrunk and unshrinkable markers, BS 4G 198-3 (type 11A), and Def. Stan. 59-97 Issue 3 Type 2a for shrunk markers. Both ribbons are used for printing on white or yellow shrinkable t-shirts, especially in the railway, arms industry, and medical technology sectors. The TT822OUT8 ribbon is designed for printing on black shrinkable materials. It has a unique silver-gray color that provides excellent contrast on black material. In applications where even greater contrast is needed, the TTRW ribbon in white can be used. Both of the above color ribbons meet the MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) standard for shrunk markers.
