The highest aging resistance and chemical resistance of the print on shrinkable t-shirts can be achieved by using the TTRC+ ribbon. It has a special, patented dye with excellent UV resistance. This dye contains a solvent that allows for a slow penetration into the material after printing, providing excellent chemical resistance after a period of 48 to 72 hours. It meets the following standards: MIL-STD-202G (method 215J), BS 4G 198-3 (type 11A), and Def. Stan. 59-97 Issue 3 Type 2a for shrunk labels. Particular clarity and abrasion resistance of the print can be achieved by using the TTDTHOUT ribbon. It meets the following standards: MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) for shrunk and unshrunk labels, BS 4G 198-3 (type 11A), and Def. Stan. 59-97 Issue 3 Type 2a for shrunk labels. Both ribbons are used for printing on white or yellow shrinkable t-shirts, especially in the railway, defense, and medical industries. The TT822OUT8 ribbon is designed for printing on black shrinkable sleeves. It has a unique silver-gray color that provides excellent contrast on black material. In applications where even greater contrast is needed, the TTRW ribbon in white can be used. Both of the above color ribbons meet the MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) standard for shrunk labels.
