A two-part, pre-assembled cable tie with a fir tree mount and a washer, designed for use with circular holes. The installation of the tie is easy and does not require any tools; the head of the tie can be moved after the bundle is secured. The fir tree mount can be used with different thicknesses of sheet metal and threaded holes. The washer distributes tearing loads that act from different directions and protects the mounting hole from dust and debris.
