The halogen-free, two-component polyurethane resin RELICON PUR 33 is characterized by high hydrolytic stability and excellent flow properties. The resin's color changes from blue to green during mixing, ensuring proper processing. The durable resin is resistant to aging, UV radiation, atmospheric conditions, and moisture. It adheres well to PVC, XLPE, PE, EPR polymer cables and wires, and is highly hydrophobic, making it ideal for use in water applications. The resin sets well at low temperatures with minimal shrinkage. The Safe-Filling system ensures safe filling. The product is delivered in a transparent, two-compartment bag and does not contain SVHC. Once hardened, it can be disposed of with household waste. Applications: Electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable connections in low-voltage networks. Protection against moisture in medium-voltage cable joints. For indoor and outdoor use.
