EMILAC (EMV-LACK) 200ml Cramolin Electromagnetic Protection Agent.

EMILAC is a highly conductive copper-based coating that creates a protective shield against electromagnetic waves. It provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is easy to use and exhibits high stability even in harsh weather conditions. It is resistant to moisture and temperature. The lacquer has anti-corrosive properties and good adhesion. It does not attack common materials and dries quickly. It can be used on metals, glass, and plastic without the need for a primer.

Application: A copper-based lacquer with added silver that provides high-level protection even in harsh conditions. Used to further protect plastic distribution boxes from electromagnetic waves. Recommended for electronic data processing (EDP) systems, electronic laboratories, measuring devices, automotive equipment, telecommunications equipment, office equipment (computers, printers, monitors, etc.), and electronic home entertainment equipment (VCR, TV, DVD cases, etc.). It is also suitable for use in the production of electrical connections. It has corrosion protection properties, for example, for processed aluminum casings.
How to Use: Surfaces should be free of greases, oils, waxes, etc. Apply to the entire surface from a distance of 30cm. If the applicator becomes clogged, use EMILACSOLVENT, acetone, or turpentine. Further surface protection can be achieved with weaker coatings than copper-based preparations. The best results will be achieved with a coating thickness between 40-75um.
