PLASTIK 1L Cramolin Protective Agent.

A universal transparent protective coating based on acrylic resins. PLASTIK varnish is mainly intended for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. It creates a shiny, flexible protective layer against acids, salts, fungi, corrosion, temperature, mechanical damage, alkalines, alcohol, moisture and harmful environmental conditions. Its effectiveness remains in temperatures ranging from -70°C to +120°C. It adheres to different materials such as metal, plastic, wood, cardboard, glass, etc. It does not drip and allows for soldering through the layer of varnish.

Application: A universal fast-drying transparent acrylic coating with excellent insulation properties. It isolates and protects electronic devices such as PCBs, components, wires, cables, high-voltage transformers, electric motor coils and other elements that operate in adverse weather conditions. It seals plastic plug and socket housings. In the automotive industry, it is used to avoid short circuits and faults. In power engineering and electromechanics, it creates protective layers. It creates a protective and insulating layer against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, chemical pollutants, and is resistant to diluted acids, alkalis and atmospheric factors. It has waterproof properties on materials such as cardboard, wood, and leather, and adheres well to metal, plastic and wood surfaces. It eliminates sparking, short circuits, corona discharges, electric discharges, overloads and leakage currents. It does not change transparency and elasticity even after a long time. It is possible to solder through the layer of varnish.
Instructions for Use: The elements must be free of grease, oils, waxes, etc. Apply to the entire surface from a distance of 30 cm. In case of blockage of the hole, use a solvent (PLASTIK SOLVENT), acetone or turpentine.
