PLASTIK 5L Cramolin Protective Coating.

A universal transparent protective coating based on acrylic resins. PLASTIK lacquer is mainly designed for printed circuit boards and electronic components. It creates a shiny, flexible protective layer against acids, salts, fungi, corrosion, temperature, mechanical damage, alkalines, alcohol, moisture, and harmful environmental conditions. It maintains its effectiveness in temperatures ranging from -70°C to +120°C. It adheres to various materials such as metal, plastic, wood, cardboard, glass, etc. It does not drip and allows for soldering through the layer of lacquer.

Application: A universal fast-drying transparent acrylic coating with excellent insulating properties. It isolates and protects electronics, including printed circuit boards, components, wires, cables, high-voltage transformers, electric motor windings, and other elements operating under adverse weather conditions. It seals plastic plug and socket housings. It is used in the automotive industry to avoid sparks and short circuits. In power engineering and electromechanics, it creates protective layers. It creates a protective and insulating layer against atmospheric influences such as humidity, oxidation, dust, chemical contaminants, and is resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and atmospheric factors. It has a waterproof effect on materials such as cardboard, wood, leather, and adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces. It eliminates sparking, short circuits, corona discharges, electric currents, breakdowns, and leakage currents. It does not change transparency and flexibility even after a long time. Soldering through the layer of lacquer is possible.
Usage: Elements must be free of grease, oils, waxes, etc. Apply to the entire surface from a distance of 30 cm. In case of clogging the hole, use a solvent (PLASTIK SOLVENT), acetone, or turpentine.
