BIOGEN Fluid Rocol

BIOGEN Fluid is a high-performance, environmentally considerate grease in a biodegradable solvent carrier, based on Rocol’s BIOGEN technology, providing higher performance levels than traditional mineral oils and a highly considerate environmental profile. Designed for complete lubrication and corrosion protection in environmentally sensitive locations and wet and hostile applications, the de-watering fluid features advanced pseudoplastic rheology, which further increases the lubricant’s penetration. Thanks to excellent self-penetration abilities, the grease naturally searches its way between strands and cavities. The solvent evaporates quickly, leaving a highly tenacious, resistant-to-wash-off grease film, that resists dripping and fling. Highly resistant to salt water, BIOGEN Fluid dissolves rust and reduces wear on moving parts, maximising service life. The no-sheen formula is biodegradable and has low bioaccumulation potential. Fully compatible with any previously used service or build lubricants, the grease should be applied in temperatures above 0ºC.

Application: Complete lubrication and corrosion protection of submerged ropes, ROV umbilical cables, static ropes, ship lifts, winches, hoists, chains, gears, drag lines, pulleys and springs.
