ULTRAFORM 1030 Rocol

ULTRAFORM 1030 is a high performance, medium viscosity cold metal forming lubricant, designed for use with heavy gauge stainless steel and a wide range of other, both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It guarantees excellent performance on high carbon steels and stainless steel alloys, while extending tool life. Extreme pressure additives successfully prevent scoring and metal pick up between the workpiece and the tool, and provide increased production rates and cost efficiency. ULTRAFORM 1030 contains no volatile content and can be applied by brush, drip, roller, airspray or airless spray systems. For less severe operations, it can be diluted with equal parts of mineral oil.

Application: High speed progress pierce, form and drawing operations.
