Product Details
METALFLO 2064 Rocol
METALFLO 2064 is a semi-colloidal dispersion of graphite in water, designed to lubricate closed dies in ferrous forging. It can also be used as a parting agent in gravity die casting. The product contains both organic and inorganic binders, providing a film of uniform thickness and intermediate hardness. Guarantees optimum die lubrication and release, withstanding temperatures of up to +250ºC. The product is economical in use, it can be applied neat by swab or brush. However, application with spray after diluting with water provides best results.
Application: Lubrication of closed dies in ferrous forging. Used as a parting agent in gravity die casting.
