OT20 Rocol

OT20 is an extreme high load, perfluoropolyether based, oxygen compatible lubricant, designed primarily for use on oxygen systems. Suitable for use in a wide range of aggressive environments, it guarantees excellent EP performance with a weld load of 620kg. Non-toxic, the lubricant has an extremely high resistance against aggressive chemicals and strong oxidising agents, making it the perfect choice for use in the chemical, dry cleaning, food and related industries. It significantly lengthens relubrication periods thanks to its ability to resist degradation in hostile conditions. Thanks to its exceptionally long service life, the product provides long-lasting protection and cost effectiveness, reducing equipment failure, downtime and lubricant usage. OT20 can be considered as a “fit and forget” lubricant, as it is compatible with most plastics and non-metallic seals and has no detrimental effects on rubbers or metals.

Application: Used on breathing apparatus in Ministry of Defence aircraft, sub-sea equipment and operating theatres in hospitals. Also suitable for gearboxes, both plain and anti-friction bearings, and any sliding surfaces such as pins, valves, plungers or screws.
