SAPPHIRE Endure Rocol

SAPPHIRE Endure is a food grade, oxygen compatible, non-toxic perfluoropolyether based lubricant with an extremely high oxidation and thermal resistance, suitable for use in all types of industries, including food, pharmaceutical and other clean industries. Ideal for use in a wide range of aggressive environments, it guarantees excellent EP performance with a weld load of 620kg. Fortified with PTFE and chemically inert, the lubricant has an extremely high resistance against aggressive chemicals and strong oxidising agents. The product significantly lengthens relubrication periods thanks to its ability to resist degradation in hostile conditions and wide range of temperatures of -25ºC to +280ºC. Thanks to its exceptionally long service life, the product provides cost effectiveness, reducing equipment failure, downtime and lubricant usage. It has no detrimental effect on rubbers, plastics or metals. SAPPHIRE Endure is manufactured from only FDA listed ingredients and does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients. The 700g cartridges have metal detectable end caps, which reduce risk of plastic contamination.

Application: Lubrication of anti-friction and plain bearings, small gears, slides, pins, vales, plungers, screws etc. particularly where a non-toxic, NSF H1 lubricant is required.
